The Chamber has a new program for young entrepreneurs.

Esther thanked all Rotarians that helped feed the volunteer painters of the Rotary Pavilion. 
 
David Runk talked about the recent earthquakes in Nepal, and about the Rotary partner organization - Shelterbox. These boxes contain a tent and supplies for emergency shelters. $1000 was raised in a special bucket pass - and you can visit shelter box.com to donate online.
 
Dick Schroeder reported that Rotary Foundation donations are off to a great start this year, and also inducted Brad Parrot as our newest fellow...
 
Jed Metzger introduced our speaker - chamber employee Nicole Scott. Nicole updated the club on a new program starting in the fall - the Young Entrepreneur Academy. This program teaches kids  basic business concepts, and acts as an incubator for youth interested in starting their own business. The program starts in November - contact the Chamber for more information.
