Inside Scoop Expands

By popular demand, the Inside Scoop is expanding to twice a month!

The Inside Scoop was held Thursday morning at the Wingate Hotel, beginning at 7:30. President Baldridge convened the meeting and President-Elect Runk provided the invocation and led those present in the 4 Way Test. Conversation during the meeting included details of the Rotary Board meeting last Tuesday. Another topic of interest was the effort to begin an Interact program at Bath High School. While it is still early in the discussion, there was excitement about the possibility of expanding our club's outreach in this way.
It was also announced that "The Inside Scoop" is going to a bi-monthly schedule. The next meeting will be held on September 25th at the Wingate, beginning at 7:30 am. Coffee will be provided for anyone who wants to imbibe. Breakfast is available for $5.00 paid at the front desk. You can park in the Wingate lot.
The casual atmosphere of these events is very conducive to discussion about ways we can improve our club and become more active within our community. All members are encouraged to attend as they are able; please remember that this is an excellent and easy way to make up a meeting.
From this point, the Inside Scoop will be held not only on the first Thursday following the Rotary Board meeting but also then again on the Thursday which follows two weeks later.
