Bluffton University has seen a 20% increase in its MBA program recently.

The meeting opened with the traditional Prayer, Pledge and four way test - followed by President Esther awarding Tracie Sanchez, Jim Mason and Joe Patton their official blue badges. David Hartman was also recognized for his 50th wedding anniversary. We were also reminded that the District Governor will be coming in 2 weeks and the club is in need of items to be donated for a gift basket for the Governor. Harry Hooyenga talked about the Paul Harris society and the Polio Plus program.Harry also gave well deserved  congratulations to President Ester for joining the Paul Harris Society.

Our speaker was Dr. George Lehman. Dr Lehman is the director of Graduate Management Programs Chair, Division of Business Studies. He provided us with information on the MBA program at Bluffton University. According to Dr. Lehman there are many ways to earn an MBA.You can attend day classes, evening classes or online. Bluffton University offers evening classes only for this degree. Interesting that their average age of students for evening classes is 35-40 and they have many students well into their fifties - so I guess it's not too late if you're still considering a career change.

Jeff Tracy finally showed up to do fellowship and closed the meeting with Jeff's great brand of humor.
