Celebrate our nation's birthday with the Ada Rotary Club.
The Ada Rotary Club is hosting its 2nd Summer Picnic at the Ohio Northern University Inn on July 6th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Following the picnic, you are welcome to stay on campus for the University’s 5h annual Lima Symphony Orchestra Fourth of July Concert! The Inn’s ‘Fresh from the Grill Buffet’: your choice of bratwurst or USDA prime beef burger (with assorted buns, relish, cheese, pickles, and assorted condiments). Included sides are potato salad and garden salad. Beverages included with the meal are selected from the Inn’s Classic Afternoon Beverage Station (coffee, tea, iced water, iced tea, and lemonade). Cost is $25 per person. A cash bar will be available. The 5th Annual Patriotic Concert featuring the Lima Symphony Orchestra begins at 7:00 p.m. on the sculpture mall in front of McIntosh Center. Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets. This concert, sponsored by ONU and the Lima Symphony Orchestra, is free! In case of inclement weather the concert will move indoors to the University’s King-Horn Athletic Center. Patrons are reminded that even indoors you will need to bring along your lawn chairs or blankets!
