Resolution #1 – 2012-2013 Lima Rotary Fundraising Projects, Goals & Purpose

Motion to pass – R. Pai Second – M. Swick

Pass Unanimously

 

Resolution #2 – Club Projects

Motion to pass – D. Frost, Second B. Ruehl

Pass Unanimously

Amendment:

B. Opperman - Why is the Pavilion repair not included?  Would it be possible in the Riverwalk?  This was going to be a project to talk to the Foundation about in collaboration with the city of Lima.  Suggest to the city to write a request to the Foundation.  We have been told the city nor the county have the funds to repair the Pavilion or the Riverwalk.  The original agreement was that the city and county were going to take care of them. 

R. Ellis suggested getting an estimate of how much it would cost to repair what needs to be repaired then present it to the City and County
