Call to Order Russ Decker
President Russ Decker called the meeting to order at 11:35 A.M. with the following board members present: Russ Decker, Richard Warren, Craig Kupferberg, Aaron McLaurine, Jennifer Mason, Beth Seibert and Corey Frazer. Also, Secretary Anne Decker was present.

Approval of the November 11, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes
Warren made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2025 board meeting. Mason seconded the motion. Board approved.
Attendance Report for November 2025
Four new members joined the club and two members resigned in November. November attendance was 37.147%. The month ended with 135 active members and 3 honorary members.

Holiday Home Tour
The Holiday Home Tour on December 7 was an overwhelming success. The numbers have not yet been tallied, but Russ Decker expects the tour to have generated $12,000 for the club.

Special Needs Christmas Party
More than 30 children attended the Special Needs Christmas Party on December 6. Demi Burden will take over coordination of the event in 2026 and she is seeking a co-chair.

Ugly Sweater Party
The Social Committee has scheduled the annual Ugly Sweater Holiday Party for January 13. Location and time have not yet been determined.

Bonus Checks
Seibert made a motion to approve $300 bonus checks for Ambrosia Lani and Michele Rudisill from Milano Café and Samantha Zimmerman from the Civic Center. Frazer seconded the motion. Board approved.

Treasurer’s Report Russ Decker
Russ Decker shared information from the club’s Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. The club’s total income through November 30, 2025 is $56,360.52. Total expenses are $45,464.48. Net profit is $10,896.04.
McLaurine made a motion to approve the November treasurer’s report. Mason seconded the motion. Board approved.
A lengthy discussion was held regarding the club’s accounts receivables. Those with large past due balances will be contacted about paying.

Kupferberg made a motion to approve the applications of Stephanie Williams, Head of Lima Central Catholic High School, and Zachary Simon, Branch Manager at First National Bank of Pandora. Seibert seconded the motion. Board approved.
Resignations
Frazer made a motion to approve the resignation of Jeff Tracy with regret and make him an honorary member of the club. Kupferberg seconded the motion. Board approved.
