The Lima Rotary Foundation has a new treasurer.
The Lima Rotary Foundation is thrilled to announce a significant addition to our team. Ann Welly has been appointed as the new Treasurer for the Foundation. As Treasurer, Ann will oversee the financial affairs of the Lima Rotary Foundation, ensuring that funds are managed with the utmost transparency, accountability, and diligence. This role is pivotal to the foundation’s ability to continue supporting vital community projects and charitable causes.
The Lima Rotary Foundation has a long-standing tradition of making a positive impact on our community. Under the leadership of all our dedicated team of volunteers and financial experts, we have consistently strived to uphold Rotary’s motto of “Service Above Self.” Ann’s appointment reinforces our commitment to maintaining these standards of financial stewardship and furthering our mission of improving lives in the community.
Ann officially assumed her role October 23, 2023 and will work closely with our outgoing Treasurer Jared Walsh to transition, through December 31, 2023.
We would also like to offer our heartfelt gratitude to Jared for his exceptional service as Foundation Treasurer over the last 12 years. His dedication, financial acumen, and unwavering commitment to the organization has made a profound impact. Thank you, Jared, for your service, we wish you all the best.
