Reflect on your roles as leaders of change. Start by encouraging service-focused leaders to review their learning plans and decide how they’ll help clubs develop and implement projects that bring about change. The learning plans include:
Discuss how large-scale programs can have a more significant impact. Recommend the Increase Your Impact courses so people learn about and can discuss the theory of change. Challenge leaders to create a plan to measure change effectively.
