The Lima Rotary Club is excited to be hosting the District 6600 Quadrant Conference on May 17.
This year, our Rotary Club is excited to host the upcoming District 6600 Quadrant Conference, a fantastic social event that brings together Rotarians from nearby clubs for an afternoon of connection and camaraderie. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow members from the surrounding areas, share ideas, and build lasting relationships that enhance our shared mission of service.

The Quadrant Conference promises a vibrant mix of food and fellowship, allowing attendees to relax and enjoy a variety of delicious offerings while exchanging stories and experiences with others in the Rotary community. Whether you're new to Rotary or a seasoned member, this event provides the perfect setting to network, collaborate, and celebrate the spirit of giving back. Strengthen your bonds within our Rotary family and expand your horizons by connecting with Rotarians from other clubs. It’s an event you won’t want to miss!

Mark your calendars for May 17th! We will be collecting food and hygiene items for the West Ohio Food Bank during our regular Monday meetings until May 12th, please see the list below for recommended/desired donations from the food bank. Rotarians who can be a part of the service project should plan to be at the food bank from 9-11:30 a.m. We will help unload and place items and participate in assigned tasks including but not limited to packing boxes of food.

The Lunch Social Event begins at noon at the Shawnee Country Club. This event is for ALL Rotarians and their families — not just those who were able to help at the food bank.

This is a free event (apart from a cash bar). The afternoon will include a buffet lunch, a short program to acknowledge clubs and their members of note, entertainment (a jazz band), games (corn hole, etc.) and children’s activities (bounce house, hula hoops, Photo Booth, etc.).
This event should be great fun, and you may come and go as you please from it.
Registration for the quadrant conference is now closed.
