Rotary Foundation Awards More Than $6,000 in Grants
The Lima Rotary Foundation Board awarded the following grants for the 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2013 – 2014.
Allen County DARE Program - $2,000 to purchase T-shirts for the elementary students in the program. Rotary’s emblem or club name will be on the back of the T-shirts.
Barbers Give Bikes - $2,500 to provide 160 helmets with Rotary logos to accompany the 160 bicycles given to underprivileged children during the holidays.
Family Promise - $1,520 to serve 38 families at $40 per family throughout the year.
