ROTARY PROGRAM CRITERIA
Programs and speakers at Rotary meetings become an important tool to developing ourselves, our acquaintances, and fostering high ethical standards in our business and service lives.
Programs and speakers are sought that:
1. Encourage broader thinking and present factual information or point/counterpoint
2. Present varying opinions and ways of thinking,
3. Towards a richer club in thought, mind, and deed.
Overall, the program series hopes to ideally represent the following:
1. The varying non profits in our community, their services and results in the community (20%)
2. Local and state governmental representatives, their programs, services, and impact on our community (20%)
3. Business leaders in the community who are growing, expanding, and impacting the community through innovation and creativity (40%)
4. Academics and subject matter experts on topics of interest and community life (20%)
