The Port Authority is a valuable economic development tool for Allen County.

Harold Bischoff encouraged all Rotarians to welcome the MESA Tour riders on June 25 at Cranker's Cycling across from St. Gerard Church.

Judge Richard Warren then provided fellowship, reporting on the progress of the High Octane Drum Line.

Jonalee Schmidt presented $674 from the Rottery 50/50 drawings to Samaritan House.

Peggy Ehora asked all Rotarians to save the date for the centennial dinner, to be held March 21, 2015 at the VMCCC. She encouraged members to sign up for the committees to help plan the event.

Rita Brown said there is still time to RSVP for the Changing of the Guard party on Thursday, June 26th at Shawnee Country Club.

Phil Buell introduced our speaker, Jerry Arkebauer, Executive Director of Port Authority. Created in Allen Country in 1982, Port Authority is authorized to engage in activities that enhance, foster, aid, provide or promote public transportation, economic development, housing, recreation, education, governmental operations, culture or research.
