Reminder that 11/2 will be our semi-annual Blood Clinic - starting @ 6:30am at the senior citizens center - more info to follow.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to several rotarians that were killed by a bomb blast while working on Polio Plus in Pakistan.

Donna Krech introduced our speaker, and her husband John Krech, owner of Planet Health. His main point today is that our sedentary lifestyle is the number one reason for america's health problems. The solution is easy - get moving - walk run, or ride a bike !

He went into detail on many dietary hints to feel better, and pointed out that drug companies often promote their individual drug, without looking at the overall health of the individual.

For more information - see John @ Planet Health. He has lots of info free of charge.

Our Rottery drawing was $162 - won by Jeff Sprague !!
