You're invited to attend the Uniendo Project Fair in El Salvador. To encourage more involvement in international projects, the first four Lima Rotarians who sign up will be reimbursed $500 of the cost within in one week after returning.  The total cost to attend this project fair is usually $1,500.00 to $2,000.00.

The Uniendo committee has been developing the Uniendo Project Fair for the last seven months.  Hector DE Castro from San Salvador, Cuscatlán is the committee chair. We have developed projects for review for the first time in advance your travel.  Hector created several major changes in anticipation of this fair.  Multiple seminars in the preparation of grant proposals have been held throughout the country and the adjoining District 4250.  Clubs have been invited to participate from Guatemala to Panama.  This was at the behest of D6600 with the planning committee.
INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN UNIENDO AMERICA 2017 PROJECT FAIR
Project fairs are great opportunities for local clubs to showcase their work to prospective international partners and an equally fantastic way for visitors to learn more about the host country’s culture while finding one or several projects to support. Often, many of the visiting Rotarians to the fair are no strangers to the region where the fair is being held, returning year after year to visit the projects they have previously supported while learning about new initiatives.
UNIENDO AMERICA 2017 will include several opportunities to:
 
• Visit project sites and meet the potential beneficiaries.
• Gather the necessary information to present a WCS project to your club or district.
• Participate in round table discussions where attendees can share their project experiences. Topics will include the six areas of focus of the Rotary Foundation, project evaluation, the future of UNIENDO AMERICA and more.
• Meet Rotarians from other parts of the world and share interests, discuss ideas and establish partnerships.
• “Buy” or “Sell” meaningful projects.
• Learn more about WCS projects directly from a representative of RI.
• Participate in RAG workshops and meetings.
• Participate in daily fellowship activities such as shows, the “Caribbean Festival” and much more.
 
UNIENDO AMERICA 2017 will be held at the beautiful Royal Decameron Hotel, Resort & Convention Center in El Salvador, January 26th to 28th. You will pay one reduced fee which includes all your meals and drinks.
FAIR REGISTRATION
Registration includes transportation AIR/HOT/AIR, welcoming kit, opening ceremony, welcoming cocktail, access to fair, special drinks and juice bar during the fair, Rotarian Centennial Carnival, workshops, presentations, General Assembly and project visits.
