Order your Rotary shirts and jackets today!
Over the last few months, we have been actively raising money for the purchase of exercise equipment for the Sheriff’s Office. Bob McPheron from Proforma is offering club members the opportunity to purchase shirts and jackets with the Rotary logo.  Proforma will make a donation to the fund raiser for each garment sold. These items will also make great Christmas gifts. If you are interested, download the order form here and make sure your order is placed by November 26.
  • Members need to complete the form and email or fax it to Brandy Fisher at Prorfroma. Her contact information is on the order form. 
  • Members who wish to use a debit or credit card can do so by completing the order form with their card number information.
  • There will be no tax on the orders as they are sending them in together as a Rotary Club order.
  • Bob will bring the garments to our club Christmas Party on December 17th and members can pick them up that day.
  • Members will be able to pay cash or write a check when they pick up their orders.
  •  Bob does not want to use the quarterly bill option.
  • All orders need to be in to Proforma by Monday November 26, 2018.
