Ring in the holiday spirit and join us for the Lima Rotary Club’s Holiday Home Tour, Sunday, December 7 from noon to 5:00 p.m. We have an excellent line-up of 5 homes, including some of the most interesting and beautiful homes in our community, from historic mansions to contemporary homes.
 
You’ll enjoy the warmth of the holidays as you wander through each home, marveling at the stunning decorations and festive displays. From twinkling lights to exquisitely adorned Christmas trees, you’ll discover endless ideas to spark your creativity in your own home.
 
In addition to the charms and traditions of the homeowners’ unique holiday displays, you will enjoy stunning floral designs from the area’s top florists. Some homes will also feature holiday treats from local 
bakeries and sweet shops. 
 
Please wear shoes that are comfortable and can easily be removed, unless you choose to wear our shoe covers provided at each home.
 
Tickets are available today at any participating home for $25. You may tour the homes in any order you choose.
 
Proceeds go to the Lima Rotary Foundation to support local organizations and projects, such as: Salvation Army, Allen County D.A.R.E., Lima Symphony Orchestra, Special Needs Christmas Party and capital projects including the Rotary River Walk, Rotary Pavilion in Faurot Park, the All Abilities Baseball Field at UNOH, and the Greater Lima Region Park & Amphitheater.

Spring Street - Built in 1903 by the then-publisher of the Delphos Herald, the incredible craftsmanship includes stained-glass and a gorgeous stairway featuring décor of original pressed leather. The staff of Lima Literacy Council will be your hosts to this incredible step back in time with dual master suites and multiple fireplaces. Featuring creations from Yazel’s Flowers & Gifts and holiday treats from Winans Coffee & Chocolates.

 
 
 
1045 Loretta Place – Mention the name Mark Brookhart, and folks immediately know the work of this incredible local designer. You may know the gorgeous displays he’s created for some of the area’s most prestigious homes and landmarks, and now he welcomes you into his own home. As you can imagine, featuring additional designs from Yazel’s Flowers & Gifts, it will be over the top!

 
 
2884 Sands Road – You will quickly see and enjoy the beauty of the holidays as Robert & Becky Komminsk host your visit to their beautiful Shawnee home. Featuring floral creations from Mohler’s Flowers, you will surely enjoy this step into holiday joy. 

 
 
2600 Gaithersburg Drive – Photographer Michael Ayers welcomes you to his new home, built this year! Michael invites you to experience a “Norwegian Christmas” featuring decorations and customs of the Christmas season as celebrated in Norway and a few special international surprises. And you won’t want to miss the delicious samples of holiday yummies from Spencer’s Sugar Shop.
