Creating an Engaging Experience for Club Members | Recent Rotary research has confirmed that the single most important factor in member satisfaction is the club experience. Member involvement contributes to an engaging club experience and can help create a vibrant club.
How are individual members in your club given the chance to have input in their club? Are club leaders open to new ideas from members?
The Managing Club Business course can be found in each club officer’s learning plan. The course helps incoming officers understand administrative responsibilities and the role that members can play in club business. As you are taking the course, reflect on ways your club has engaged members and brainstorm ways you will help create a positive and inclusive club experience during your term. |

What's new in the Learning Center? | Course updates
We’re in the process of updating the Grant Management Seminar content and will be posting a new recertification course on 1 July 2023.
Other courses that are being updated include Our Logo: Representing Rotary and Leading Change.
New courses this year include Vibrant Clubs in Action, Promoting Rotary on Social Media (now available in English with other languages coming soon) and newly translated courses in Bulgarian. | |

Learn more about Programs of Scale
It’s not too early to start working on your 2023 Programs of Scale concept note. Register for the Programs of Scale Competition: Insights and Tips for Applying webinar to understand concept note criteria and get tips for applying. The webinar will be offered twice on 26 April 2023. Register for the 8:00 (Chicago time, UTC-5) session in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, or register for the 16:00 (Chicago time, UTC-5) session in English, Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin. Does your district participate in multidistrict learning events? Many districts in Canada and the United States participate in multidistrict PETS, but we want to know if your district is participating in multidistrict learning events such as the district training assembly, Vibrant Clubs workshop, or others.
Write to learn@rotary.org about how members you know are hosting multidistrict learning events. Your story might become a blog post, breakout session, or featured story in Learning in Action.
