10/14 - Our president reported that the Rotary annual reports are ready to be picked up after the meeting, and will be for the next few weeks. Our first alternative meeting day went well, with the next one planned for 11/14 - details to follow.
Fellowship was "Brag on your Family Day" - where members could put in a dollar and talk about their latest family achievement. Wives, sons, daughters, and grandchildren were championed, with $1 bills flying! 
Harold Bischoff briefed the members of the Rotary Polio Plus event at the Lima Mall on Saturday - if you like to tick off miles on a stationery bike, the event is from 10-3pm.
December 2nd is the Rotary Christmas Party - please plan to attend.
December 7th is the Special Needs Christmas party - which is a real inspiring event. If you need your heart warmed to start the holiday season - this is your event.
Our speaker was Marcy Boone, who gave us an overview of the INEOS Lima plant. The company has annual sales of 63 billion annually, and the company was formed in 1998. A group of investors began purchasing chemical plants around the world - 51 total in 11 countries. The Lima Plant is the leading producer of acrylonitrile and Barex resin in the world, and is the company's most profitable plant worldwide. There are 151 people employed there and the plant operates 24/7. Their impact to the Lima area can not be overstated...
