The Scoop - October 28, 2013

 

There were 117 members present, and our president started the meeting offering kudos to those involved in the Arts Advocacy Luncheon, which was very well conceived and executed.

 

Our weekly Rottery drawings generated $679 for the Allen County Health Partners. Good job !!

 

The program today was presented by our own Peggy Ehora and Jeff Sprague - with an interesting topic of “Economic Development and local unity Involvement.” They outlined how Dominion - East OH Gas and AEDG work together to prepare complex data packets, which often change as fast as they are created.

 

Peggy went into more detail on the Dominion service area, and why they take such an active role in economic development. Jeff updated the membership on local development projects
